A comprehensive on-site inspection focused on the critical elements of a building’s structural integrity, along with its services and utilities. Our inspectors measure and assess 19 essential building components, compressed to 13 on delivery, rated on a scale of 1–5. Defects are identified and recorded, and the building is photographed throughout, so you have clear visual documentation to support maintenance, repairs and future planning.
A far more detailed room-by-room materials inspection carried out by our experienced collectors. Level 2 includes quantity surveying alongside condition and defect data, producing a full asset register down to individual room components, with on-site inspections and building photographs included.
Where you need capacity and function scored alongside condition, we rate both on the same 1–5 scale so all three read consistently. Capacity covers whether the asset can accommodate the service it exists for; function covers whether its layout, amenity, servicing and compliance still suit that service. Published rating guidelines commonly address condition only, so we apply defined bands for the other two — or your own definitions where you hold them, confirmed at mobilisation rather than assumed.
Condition assessment and documentation for heritage-listed and historically significant buildings and structures. We record materials, condition and defects with the additional care these assets require, giving custodians the evidence base needed for conservation planning and funding submissions.
An assessment of how accessible your buildings and public spaces are for people of all abilities, covering access paths, entries, amenities, signage and wayfinding. Findings are recorded with photographs and locations so remediation can be prioritised and budgeted.

Identification and condition assessment of lighting assets across buildings, car parks, sports fields and public spaces. We record pole and fitting types, mounting, condition and defects, giving you the base data for renewal programs and energy-efficiency upgrades.
Our open space product consists of the collection and identification of outdoor assets and generating a robust asset register — signage, fences, cricket pitches, bench seats, boardwalks, plazas, sports fields and more.
