KnowLedge Asset Management is a niche organisation designed to assist asset and infrastructure owners and managers with the exclusive collection of data and information pertaining to their portfolio.
KnowLedge provides asset management services that presents an option to “remove the gap” that can often occur with many contractors. We work closely in a partnership approach with our clients to understand their needs, and to ascertain our services are what you expected and anticipated. We are not satisfied unless you’re satisfied with our results.
Our experienced personnel conduct services in the built and open space assets areas, and can be used to undertake infrastructure inspections on a visual basis. We are often referred to as quantity surveyors and conditioners. We offer prices and life expectancy rates on all assets. We will amiably work with your organisation at all levels, aiming to ensure your project or program is finished on time, on budget and with the highest levels of accuracy.
