KnowLedge Asset Management is a niche organisation designed to assist asset and infrastructure owners and managers with the exclusive collection of data and information pertaining to their portfolio.
KnowLedge provides asset management services that presents an option to “remove the gap” that can often occur with many contractors. We work closely in a partnership approach with our clients to understand their needs, and to ascertain our services are what you expected and anticipated. We are not satisfied unless you’re satisfied with our results.

Open Spaces Package

Our Open Spaces product consists of collecting as much or as little open space assets required. Examples include signage, fences, cricket pitches, bench seats and more. This includes quantity surveying and/or condition data. We offer a base package dependant on size with optional add-ons.

Level 1 Valuations & Level 2 room by room capture

Building Data Package

Our Level 1 collection product are building valuations done based on appearance. Level 1 package is our valuation data. Our Level 2 is much more detailed, where a room by room materials inspection is conducted by our experienced collectors. This includes quantity surveying in addition to conditioning and defect data.
